EXO Security Token To Be Listed on Bitfinex Securities Ltd
Exordium extends its congratulations to Bitfinex Securities Ltd and the successful launch of its brand-new security token exchange.
As long-time supporters of the security token space and the first game publisher to launch a security token offering (STO), the Exordium team is thrilled to see Bitfinex Securities Ltd spearhead innovation by leveraging their expertise in the development and operation of highly efficient trading platforms to revitalize the world’s capital markets.
Yet what excites us even more is the opportunity to launch the first capital raise on Bitfinex Securities Ltd. The EXO token, the security token issued by Exordium that entitles investors to a share in our future profits, will be available on the Bitfinex Securities platform from September 29th to October 13th; following the sale, EXO will become the first security token to be traded on the exchange.
To date, we have raised over $7.3 million through the sale of the EXO token. We raised $3.1 million in our seed round and have reached a total of $4.2 million in the current $12 million round.
We took the security token route to democratize investing in Infinite Fleet and our future games. Rather than limiting access to venture capitalists or only offering basic crowdfunding, we wanted to make this opportunity accessible to as many as possible — especially our players. While it meant spending far more time and effort, this was an important part of our vision.
